Marquette Roof Repair, Replacement & Installation
Whether it's a leaky pipe boot or a 50-square replacement, our Marquette crews have the training and equipment to handle it. Residential and commercial.
Roof Replacement
Your roof replacement includes a full-system install: ice and water shield at eaves, valleys, and penetrations; synthetic underlayment across the entire deck; aluminum drip edge at rake and eave; starter strip with sealant; architectural shingles with 130+ mph wind rating; and continuous ridge vent for proper attic ventilation. We also install new pipe boots and vent flashing on every penetration.

We warranty every repair for 5 years. If the same area leaks again due to our workmanship, we come back free. That warranty is in writing and it means something because we're a local Marquette company. We're not disappearing.

Not all storm damage qualifies for a full replacement. Hail might only damage one slope. Wind might only lift shingles on the windward side. We document exactly what's damaged and let the insurance company make the call. Honest documentation gets claims approved. Inflated claims get denied.

Standing seam metal is the longest-lasting residential roofing material you can install. 40-60 year lifespan, virtually zero maintenance, and it sheds hail and debris better than any shingle. Our Marquette metal crews install residential and commercial standing seam, corrugated, and metal shingle profiles.

Designer shingles like GAF Camelot II, Owens Corning Berkshire, and CertainTeed Grand Manor mimic premium materials. Slate, cedar shake, heavy wood. They cost 30-50% more than standard architectural shingles but the curb appeal is worth it for higher-end Marquette homes. Full manufacturer warranties included.

Flat roofs don't actually drain themselves. That's the challenge. Water ponds, UV breaks down the membrane, and eventually it leaks. We install and repair TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing systems designed for zero-slope conditions in Marquette.

Commercial roofing in Marquette means flat and low-slope systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing. We install and repair all of them. Retail, warehouse, office, restaurant, multi-family. Our commercial crew handles buildings from 2,000 to 100,000 square feet.

We install gutter guards for homeowners who are done cleaning gutters twice a year. Micro-mesh over the opening, screwed into the front lip. Leaves and pine needles sit on top and blow off. Not 100% maintenance-free, but close. You might hose them once a year.

Annual inspections catch small problems early. A cracked pipe boot is a $150 repair. A year of water leaking through that crack causes $3,000+ in ceiling, insulation, and drywall damage. We recommend an inspection every 2-3 years for newer roofs, annually for roofs over 15 years.

We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. The tarping cost is rolled into the permanent repair price. If you need us at midnight during a storm, the price is the same as a Tuesday afternoon.
Get a Free Quote →Skylight Installation
VELUX FS (fixed) and VS (vented) skylights installed with EDL flashing kits for shingle roofs. The multi-step flashing integrates with the surrounding shingle courses per IRC R903.2. We frame the curb with doubled 2x8 or 2x10 lumber (depending on rafter depth), install ice and water shield membrane around the entire curb perimeter, then set the skylight with factory sealant before weaving step flashing into the field. Top headwall flashing tucks under the upslope shingle course. Bottom sill pan diverts water onto the downslope shingles. Zero exposed sealant joints. Mechanical flashing only.
